Create a Bug Report
Before we start
- Make sure you're reliably able to reproduce the issue. If you don't have reliable reproduction steps please contact support instead
- Make sure to check the relevant Discord Bugs board to see if your bug hasn't been already reported.

How do you get your Windows Version
- Press Windows Key + r
- Write winver
- Press Enter
- On the second line you will find your Windows Version.
How do you get your Discord Version
- Open the Discord Client
- Open up the User settings
- Look at the bottom left
- Right below the social media links and the log out button you will find your Discord version

- Open the Discord Client and press Control + r
- Press Control + Shift + i
- Now look for the Filter field at the top of the console
- Inside of that write Build

- Choose Apple menu
- About This Mac

- Scroll down until you see either About Phone or About Device and tap it
- Tap Software Info

How do you get your iPhone Version
- Open the settings app
- Press General
- Press About
- Press Software information

- For TestFlight users open up the TestFlight application
Browser
How do you get your Browser Version
Firefox
- Click the menu icon
- Click Help
- Select About Firefox
Chrome
- Click the menu icon (Top right of the screen)
- Then press Help
- Then tap About Chrome
Safari
- Click the Safari icon
- In the menu bar, click Safari
- Then choice About Safari
Edge
- Click the menu icon (Top right of the the screen)
- Press Settings
- Scroll down
How do you get your Discord Version
- Go to Discord
- Refresh the website
- Open up the developer console
- Chrome (Windows): Control + Shift + J, Chrome (Mac): Control + Option + J
- Firefox (Windows): Control + Shift + K, Chrome (Mac): Control + Option + K
- Edge: F12
- Safari: Inside of the Develop tab, press Show JavaScript Console (You will need to enable developer mode for this)
- Inside of that write Build
